We will clean-up your mailing lists to ensure deliverability and no wasted postage.  We are the only mail house in NCW that offers this service!

FOLDING & INSERTING

We can fold, insert and/or seal your documents into envelopes and also fold your self-mailers.

TABBING         

We can tab-seal your self mailers using either perforated white or frosted tabs.

ADDRESSING

With our high-speed and fully-automated addressing machine we can print addresses and the barcode directly onto your piece.  You don’t waste money on costly labels and time putting them on your mail piece!

COLOR AND BLACK/WHITE COPYING

We can print/copy for you in high quality color or black/white. Our copy machine features a booklet finisher; for easy reading of your newsletters, brochures and direct mailing templates.  Call us before you do your next layout!

DESIGN CONSULT

Call us before you design your mailing and before you design your label face template; Postal Service regulations are very specific and are continually changing.  What may have worked last time you did the mailing may not work now. We can help with your template to make sure all necessary requirements are met to save you both time and expense.

MAILING PERMITS

We hold mailing permits in Cashmere and Wenatchee; our fully automated software will give you the best postal rates available. We can also mail using your permit.

We have multi-stage quality control to ensure your mailing will be of the highest quality from start to finish.
